ESQUIRE APPRAISALS, INC. is a fully independent appraisal firm that has been in business with LEE DREXLER as its President for over 36 years.

     LEE DREXLER is unique because she is an expert appraiser of such a wide range of property: paintings, sculpture, antiques, furniture, oriental rugs, jewelry, silver and all decorative arts.

     She does appraisals for insurance purposes, estates, and gifts to family members, donations to charity, damage, and matrimonial purposes. The size of an appraisal may vary from one item to major collections of private collectors and large institutions. Appraisals include ordinary household contents to fine private collections.

    Appraisals are done in a very timely manner and are generally completed within two weeks of the date of the appraisal. They are fully computerized. Clients receive an original and two copies of the finished appraisal.

    Fees are charged on an hourly basis and are not based on a percentage of the appraisal. Fees are charged on the following basis, $1,500 for one half day, $3,000 for a full day. In addition $500 per hour is charged if extensive research on Paintings or Sculpture is needed.
